Dr. Jennifer Huggins woke up at age 23 with horrible pain and was told she would only be able to manage, not cure, the pain. After years of the medical merry-go-round, she found the work of Dr. John Sarno and used the mind-body treatment model to heal herself. As a result of her experience, she became a clinical pain psychologist, and helping others heal from mind-body issues is her life’s passion.
