3/9/2022 Hope for Healing with Anna Holtzman and Dr. John Stracks

Joining Dr. Stracks in this episode is Anna Holtzman, a chronic pain recovery therapist and coach based in New York City. Before starting this career, she worked in reality TV for over a decade and during that time she started getting migraines, which over time became chronic. When she went back to school to become a therapist, the migraines became even more frequent. It was then that Anna discovered the mind-body methods of healing, which was a turning point both personally and professionally. She now supports clients with the same tools that enabled her own recovery and is also a facilitator for the Curable Groups program.
