How To Make Spell Packets For Larp

In this video, Maxx shows you how to make a proper spell packet or larp arrow substitute and some ways not to. For such a simple item, there are actually quite a few things to consider and I hope you find this video helpful even if you have been making these for years. If you run a larp, perhaps this will give you some ideas to consider. Basic items needed are: 6 inch (15.2cm) square piece of fabric (organic or natural preferably) 1 ounce of bio-degradable air-soft pellets 1 rubber band or natural type twine or string (preferably) As stated in the video, fabric should be something natural and organic so it decomposes quickly and birdseed can be used in place of pellets and the rubber band can be replaced with a natural twine or string. But check your game systems rules to make sure you're within their limits. The overall goal is to make sure that if you miss a target and the packet is lost in the forest, that it does not impact animals or the environment in any way, while decomposing quickly and completely.
