This is a good starting weapon for someone just getting into larping, or for cosplay, stage plays or things like that, where you are on a budget. These also make for good NPC weapons to save money and an easy to make back up weapon in case yours has an issue. I don't think anyone really wants to play with big cartoonish weapons at larp, but in a pinch they can be great. I made this mace for my dwarf character I played for a very brief time a few years ago. Because I knew he was a character I'd only play for a few events, I didn't care to spend a lot on a latex weapon, so I made this instead to go along with his quasi-steampunk theme.
