IMPRESA ITALIANA - WALTER BONATTI E LA SCALATA DEL GASHERBRUM IV- 6 AGOSTO 1958
Gasherbrum IV represents one of the greatest mountaineering feats ever accomplished, yet perhaps it has never received the recognition it truly deserves. The northeast ridge chosen by the expedition after that August 6, 1958, has never been repeated. The great feat accomplished by Bonatti and Mauri with the help and essential support of the entire team remains in history as a precious stone that 70 years later still shines on the Sparkling Mountain, Gasherbrum IV. • Credits: The Mountain of Light Property of the Italian Alpine Club You can watch the video here: • W.
