In January 2026, I traveled to Jerusalem, Israel, and within the first 24 hours, I realized that the city was not what I expected. In this Israel travel video, I explore the Old City of Jerusalem, but first I walk through Mea Shearim, home to perhaps the most religious Orthodox (Haredi) Jews in the world. There, I am welcomed into a synagogue for a rare glimpse into the life of this private community. Later, in the Old City of Jerusalem, I meet people from Muslim, Christian, and Jewish communities who live just minutes away from each other. From the streets of the Holy Land to unexpected conversations with strangers, these first impressions caught me completely off guard. This video is not intended to tell anyone what to think - it is simply my personal experience traveling to Israel and sharing what I saw on the ground.
