Evening Walk By The Sea

Evening Walk By The Sea is one of my older songs which I made with loops back in 2018, and made the video a couple years later. At the time, a lot of my songs were based on how it made me feel, rather than being about anything specific, and they were named either by mushing words together, names of sounds I used or what it made me think of. Something about the loops I made for this song made me feel like I was going for a walk along the beach in the evening, and that's why it's called Evening Walk By The Sea. The music video was made later on in 2020, after finding inspiration to collect footage of the sea wherever we went. It features scenes of Blackpool, Bridlington Beach, South Shields and Portsmouth in the UK. I was originally going to use it for visuals for a performance as part of a course I was studying, but lockdown meant I wasn't able to perform it. I didn't have the courage at that stage to formally release the song, but I remember sharing the unlisted video around this sort of time in 2020 as a way to take viewers to the beach in a time where they couldn't go.
