I'll also be uploading a variety of other videos, so please enjoy! ♢Subscribe to my channel here!    / mocomichihayami   ♢Instagram   / mocomichi_hayami   ♢Twitter   / hayami_m_staff   ◎Sea Bream Carpaccio [Ingredients] Half sea bream fillet 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper 1/2 purple onion To taste 60ml olive oil Juice of 1/2 lemon Salt and pepper, to taste Capers, to taste [Cooking Instructions] 1. Slice the bell pepper lengthwise into thin strips, thinly slice the purple onion, rinse briefly in water, and drain. Finely chop the parsley. 2. Cut the sea bream into sashimi-like pieces and arrange on a plate. 3. Mix 1. with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and serve over 2. 4.
