Black sesame mochi donuts! These mochi donuts are crisp on the outside and soft and chewy inside. Using glutinous rice flour gives that slight chewy texture and also makes these gluten free! These are also baked and not fried! Have them iced plain or decorate to Totoro from Studio Ghibli as shown in the video.
