Shakshuka - Oua Posate in Sos de Rosii - Outside Cooking - Florin Arvunescu

Ingredients: Onion: one small Green garlic: 2 cloves Kapia pepper: 1x Bay leaves: 2x Smoked paprika: one and a half teaspoons Ground cumin: one teaspoon Pepper paste: 3 teaspoons Cubed tomatoes (canned or fresh): 800g Sheep cheese: 300g Egg: 6x A green onion Salt and pepper to taste Saute the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, add the kapia pepper and leave on the fire for another 7-8 minutes, until it softens a little, then add the bay leaves, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, ground cumin, pepper paste, incorporate and add the diced tomatoes and water. Leave on medium heat with a lid for 15 minutes, make a well in the sauce and add the eggs, leave on a very low heat for another 5-8 minutes with a lid. Sprinkle with sheep cheese and green onions.
