Hello, I am Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist. Today, I will show you a 10-minute abdominal exercise routine for advanced users. I will perform a combination of upper abs, lower abs, and external obliques. It is more dynamic and applies a higher intensity of exercise than the intermediate routine. Depending on the individual's exercise performance ability, it would be appropriate to perform 1-2 sets every 2-3 days. It is also good to take more rest time to maintain the correct exercise posture and exercise performance ability. I always recommend exercising according to your individual fitness level.
