Remove drain plug to remove water from filter tank 3. Loosen union collars and separate filter from pipes 4. Move filter out of the way to allow access inside the valve 5. Using sharp cutter cut the rubber oring on piston 6. Using needle nose pliers grab rubber o-ring and pull it out while spinning the handle. If handle is broken, spray lubricant into the opening and pull one end of the cut o-ring 7. Repeat process for second o-ring 8. Pull handle out with no resistance.
