#307 – Tom Dießner – ElWG – Elektrizitätswirtschaftsgesetz
After much discussion and some delays, the new Electricity Industry Act (ElWOG) came into force at the end of 2025. In this episode, energy law expert Tom Dießner and Theresa Weiglhofer-Troy from Linde Verlag discuss why the new law was necessary and what changes it brings compared to the 2010 ElWOG.
