variant-A, van DOKKUM naar HOLWERT/HOLWERD Friese Woudenpad (LAW1-1), inclusief veel Dronebeelden

Today, a variation on the main route. From Dokkum, we walk via Aalsum, Foudgum, Brandgum, and Holwert to the Wadden Sea dike. A beautiful route with many unpaved paths. Officially, the path does not pass through Foudgum and Brandgum, but that does not stop us from viewing these radial mound villages as well. After Holwert, we walk north towards the ferry port to join the Dutch Coastal Path at the Wadden Sea dike.
