This episode will be very specific. 📌 Because if you're considering your first cycle, you're at the point where 99% of people... are doing absolutely stupid things. And I'm not saying this to scare you. I'm saying this because I've been training, competing, and observing this world for years. And I see countless stories in gyms: a guy in the gym for six months and already "on the mend," someone loading up on four supplements at once because "he's not afraid," a guy on TikTok advises "create a stack with tren," someone else takes Oxa and says it's better than creatine... That's not the way to go. Today I'll show you: 👉 when it's even worth considering starting AAS, 👉 what the first healthy cycle looks like, 👉 which supplements to choose and which to avoid, 👉 what you need to do NEXT to your cycle to avoid becoming a wreck after a few months. Before you even consider a cycle, consider: ✅ at least 2–3 years of regular, progressive training, ✅ a clean, balanced diet—at least 2g of protein per kg (calorie control), ✅ sleep and recovery—without it, your form will suffer, even during chemo, ✅ mental training—steroids also affect your psyche. Because otherwise, you might gain 7kg... and lose 10 in 3 months. 🧠 The goal of your first cycle isn't to "gain 15kg." 👉 The goal is: to see how your body reacts to AAS, to monitor estrogen, libido, blood pressure, and balance, to learn the cycle before you get caught up in the cycle of combinations. ✅ The best choice for your first cycle: Testosterone solo. 💥 Why a test? It's a natural, basic male hormone—your body "knows" it. 90% of advanced cycles are built on it. You have a lower risk of side effects (a hormone known to the body). Easy to monitor – total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, LH, FSH, SHBG – everything is manageable. Testosterone enanthate or cypionate – long esters, fewer injections, more stable concentrations. Dosage: 👉 250–300 mg per week – divided into 2 injections (e.g., Monday/Thursday). 🚫 DO NOT start with mixes like Sustanon, as they are more difficult to control.
