The conditions for the pump to occur are: • carbohydrates before training • hydration (plenty of water) • electrolytes: sodium/potassium/magnesium → only then citrulline, arginine, glycerol, etc. Key: 15–25 rep ranges + short rests. The pump is a tool. Not the foundation. But if you know when to use it, it produces results.
