I hope you enjoy browsing a Japanese supermarket with me — come shop for the week together! ───────────────────── ▶ RECIPE ───────────────────── 🍚 Salmon & Shimeji Takikomi Gohan Ingredients (2 servings) ・Rice — 2 cups ・Soy sauce — 1.5 tbsp ・Mirin — 1.5 tbsp ・Sake — 1.5 tbsp ・Granulated Japanese dashi — 5g ・Shimeji mushrooms — 100g ・Boneless salmon — 3 pieces ・Shiso — to taste, chopped ・White sesame — to taste Instructions ① Wash rice. Add soy sauce, mirin, sake, and dashi.
