Just good food, quiet moments, and a feeling that something might be moving forward. πΏ I hope you enjoy the small, slow days of starting over in Japan with me! βββββββββββββββββββββ βΆ RECIPE βββββββββββββββββββββ π Simple Dinner for One βββββββββββββββββββββ π€ Tempura Rice Bowl (Reheated takeout tempura over 20-grain rice) Ingredients (1 serving) γ»Tempura (store-bought or takeout) β 3 pieces γ»Cooked rice β 1 bowl γ»Mentsuyu β to taste γ»Water β to taste γ»Shichimi β to taste Instructions 1. Scrunch up aluminum foil and place in toaster oven tray. 2. Place tempura on top and heat at 1000W for 5 minutes. 3. Place hot tempura over steaming rice. 4. Drizzle with mentsuyu diluted with water. 5.
