Just good food, quiet moments, and a feeling that something might be moving forward. 🌿 I hope you enjoy the small, slow days of starting over in Japan with me! ───────────────────── ▶ RECIPE ───────────────────── 🍚 Simple Dinner for One ───────────────────── 🍤 Tempura Rice Bowl (Reheated takeout tempura over 20-grain rice) Ingredients (1 serving) ・Tempura (store-bought or takeout) — 3 pieces ・Cooked rice — 1 bowl ・Mentsuyu — to taste ・Water — to taste ・Shichimi — to taste Instructions 1. Scrunch up aluminum foil and place in toaster oven tray. 2. Place tempura on top and heat at 1000W for 5 minutes. 3. Place hot tempura over steaming rice. 4. Drizzle with mentsuyu diluted with water. 5.
