Thinly slice the hyacinth parts and place them on a preheated surface. 3. Melt the end of a translucent white glass rod and wrap it around a thick core. 4. Crush the wrapped white glass into a disk. 5. Cover the crushed surface with clear glass to shape it. 6. Place one hyacinth part on top and press it into the clear glass disc to fill it in. 7. Blend it in so that there are fewer uneven areas. 8. Repeat the same process, scattering hyacinth parts into the remaining space. 9. Melt the clear glass, cover the glass disc, and blend it in. 10. Add another layer of hyacinth parts. 11. Melt the clear glass, cover the glass disc, and blend it in. 12. Add another layer of hyacinth parts. 13. Attach a sharpened glass ponte to the surface, and heat and remove the core that originally wrapped the white glass. 12. Smooth the area where the core was removed. 13.
