10 MIN ABS WORKOUT FOR BALLET | Daily Pilates HIIT | Toned Belly + Strong Core

This 10 minute abs workout is perfect for daily practice to help you get that toned, flat belly for ballet. This Pilates HIIT routine is designed for dancers but can be done by anyone wanting to strengthen, power up their core and get those defined abs. This workout includes a short warm up and cool down. During the workout portion of the routine the intervals are 40s on and 10s rest. A strong core is important for ballet as it helps us to maintain our posture which is vital for performing every step in ballet from developes to pirouettes to grand jetes and even the basic steps such as tendu and plié. A strong core helps us become better dancers as well as preventing the risk of injury! I hope you enjoy this workout, happy dancing!
