Get those defined ballerina abs in minutes with this express Pilates HIIT routine, great for busy mornings or whenever you want to power up your core muscles. This workout follows a 40s on and 10s rest pattern to help you get that toned and flat belly! A strong core is important for ballet as it helps us to maintain our posture which is vital for performing every step in ballet class from developes to pirouettes to grand jetes and even the basic steps such as tendu and plié.
