The taste is unique! 🥣 REICPE Ingredients 500 g sugar 2 liters of milk 5 eggs 300 g semolina Zest of 1 orange 50 g butter 3 vanillas 50 g butter 6 crust sheets Brown sugar METHOD We start the recipe by putting the sugar together with the milk and the eggs in a saucepan. When they get hot, add the semolina and stir until they become a nice cream. When it thickens, take it off the heat and flavor it with the orange zest, butter and vanilla, as shown in the video. Then, butter a 26 cm pan and place 2 crust sheets together. Butter them and place 2 more crust sheets next. Then add the hot cream. Then, cut the excess sheets and turn them inside the pan. Butter well and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius on the low oven level.
