Τυρόπιτα με σιμιγδαλόκρεμα! Φανταστική! - ΧΡΥΣΕΣ ΣΥΝΤΑΓΕΣ

Feta Cheese Pie Today we make a very tasty cheese pie. This pie is special because its semolina cream gives a different taste from the ones we are used to! You will definitely like it! Try it! 🥣 RECIPE Ingredients 1 litre of milk 150 g coarse semolina 50 g butter 4 eggs Salt (depending on how salty the feta cheese is) Pepper Nutmeg 500 gr feta cheese (white cheese) Extra butter for buttering the crust sheets 1 pack of crust sheets Method Start by putting the milk with the semolina in the pot and stir over medium heat until the cream sets. Then remove and add the butter while mixing well. Allow to cool a bit, stirring occasionally to prevent crusting and add the eggs, which we have beaten lightly before. Finally, add the salt, add the pepper, nutmeg and the grated feta cheese. Next, take a 40 × 27 cm pan and butter it well. Place 2 sheets of crust together at one end and make sure they protrude slightly from the pan, as shown in the video below. Continue and put 2 more sheets together on the other end, well buttered. Butter well and put 2 more leaves together on the other end. Repeat and put 2 more buttered leaves together at the other end (in the shape of a cross) and finish by putting in the center another well buttered sheet, folded in half. Continue, spreading half the cold cream and put a sheet folded in half on top, as shown in the video. Butter it well and spread the rest of the cream. Turn the edges inwards and butter. Cover with another sheet and butter and finally put the last sheet of crust, which we also butter well. Finally, sprinkle our pie with a little water and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, in the fan heater mode and on the middle level grill for about 1 hour.
