70 Minute Deep Tension Release Yin Yoga

👉Join me in this relaxing 70 minute Yin Yoga Flow for deep tension release. We tend to hold habitual tension, as well as store trauma and emotions, in our bodies. Our fascia tissue can get stiff and form adhesions that can limit our mobility and cause even more issues. By taking time on a regular basis to work on these tight areas, we will slowly heal. In this practice, we will hold poses for 5 minutes, with the final minute being a time to welcome intentional micromovements to further work the fascia. Having a yoga bolster, a block, and a small folded towel can be beneficial. May you enjoy and benefit from this practice. So much love, Dawn ❤️🧘‍♀️❤️ 👉Social Media Links: Instagram:   / infinite_you_life_coaching   Facebook:   / infiniteyoulifecoaching   👉Website: www.InfiniteYouLifeCoaching.com ❤️🙏❤️ Support my free videos by donating on the following platforms: Venmo: @Infinite-You-Life-Coaching PayPal: @infiniteyoucoaching 👉Disclaimer: Yoga can be vigorous and challenging.
