Today I'm setting myself a little challenge: preparing five kinds of sushi (three maki and two sushi balls) with simple, fish-free ingredients: 500g of sushi rice nori seaweed sheets rice vinegar sugar or agave syrup vegetables: avocados, carrots condiments: pickled ginger, seaweed flakes dried wakame seaweed It's a way to enjoy delicious sushi at a much more affordable price than at a restaurant or with ready-made sushi!
