Sushi without raw fish is still sushi! Many people think that sushi has to have some sort of raw fish, but that’s actually not true. Sushi refers to the vinegared rice and as long as you’re using that, then it’s considered sushi, regardless of what ingredients you put on top or inside. So these vegetarian sushi rolls I share with you in this video are all legitimate sushi. Plus, they’re very simple to make, and best of all, delicious! Even for non-vegetarians.
