It seems the shopping center's construction is picking up speed, and although I highly doubt it will be finished by June of next year, when the final of the next edition of the Champions League is held, I'm sure it won't take much longer. The most interesting thing is that they've already installed the second tower crane; it's clear there will be a third, and I have my doubts about a fourth. At the same time, they're making very rapid progress on the foundations, which clearly indicate there will be only one underground level, and that it will most likely be entirely for parking. From there to TopGolf Madrid, where the building's structure is growing more slowly than at the beginning, which makes sense. There are still beams to be welded, and we'll probably start seeing corrugated metal sheets soon to begin creating the floors. What struck me most was the change in color of the white pieces, which are now black. I don't think it's just a simple coat of paint; it's probably something more, possibly some kind of fire-retardant paint or something similar. The central area seems a bit stagnant, but that's normal because that's where they did most of the work before the building. To the north, the enormous space that will house the wave pool parking lot still looks similar to how it did two weeks ago. This is normal because they're working on the foundations, since there will be a building on top of the parking lot that will be an extension of the wave pool building. I imagine there won't be any major changes this summer, but we'll certainly see more progress starting in September. As for the wave pool building, it's looking bigger and bigger. It's not going to be tall, that's clear, but it will be quite wide. The ground floor already seems "finished," reaching all the way to the roundabout further west, and the first floor has also progressed significantly. In fact, you can see walls made of concrete blocks, although from this distance it's almost impossible to be sure. Hopefully, starting in September, we'll see the building taking shape and acquiring its final form. The wave pool is progressing, although there aren't any major changes. You can see many formwork panels, new concrete pours, and more gray walls in different areas. Also, a lot of huge rolls, all blue and white, are appearing in various places, and I'm not sure what they are. I counted more than 100 by sight, and given those colors, I'd be surprised if they weren't for lining the pool basin. But there's no basin yet. So I don't know what they could be. There's little to note about plots 1, 2, and 3. Since the Butterfly Oasis still hasn't opened, we still can't get a good look at plot 1. Plot 2 is progressing with that new pavilion, and plot 3 still doesn't show anything that would lead us to believe where the mini football stadium will be located. It's a shame, but it's hard to record anything better because there aren't any good spots to do it from. Happy Tuesday!
