Pilates Jumpboard Reformer Workout | Cardio & Strength | Intermediate #3
This pilates jumpboard/ reformer workout is just over an hour because it includes some stretching at the end. It may seem long, but the time flies so quickly during this workout, you will be surprised when its over. This is an awesome workout because its 30 minutes of non stop jumping, getting your heart rate up, working the legs, glutes and abs, followed by some great reformer exercises working on arms, abs and finishing with legs in straps, to cool down the body! If you don't have a jumpboard, you can still do the workout if you skip to around the 33 minute mark on the video. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
