Welcome to Day 45 of the STRONG SUMMER Program: let's finish off week 9 with this intense no equipment abs & arms workout! Remember to go slow & control each movement & take a break whenever you need one! 📍 LEGGINGS & PUSH UP HANDLES: https://liketk.it/3Gfmz We will be training every muscle in our body with this no equipment workout: arms, shoulders, back, abs/core, legs, and glutes, but our focus is on arms & abs. No jumping required! We will perform this bodyweight workout in the following format: 30 seconds per exercise 20 seconds break 2 x per exercise Make sure your pelvis remains in neutral position for the workout (do not stick your butt out!). For squats, please make sure your knees do not cave inwards. For all exercises, keep your core nice and tight throughout. Please make sure you warm up first!
