Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups. Crumble the cookies finely. Melt the butter, add it to the cookie crumbs and mix thoroughly. Distribute the cookie mixture into the molds and press down firmly with a spoon or the bottom of a glass. Place the base in the oven for about 5 minutes. For the cream, stir together cream cheese, yogurt or sour cream and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and stir in briefly. Add the orange zest and spread the mixture evenly over the cookie bases. Bake the mini cheesecakes for about 18–22 minutes. The center should still wobble slightly after baking – the cream will firm up as it cools.
