Simple, honest and without any frills – just good ingredients and lots of chocolate love 🍫🍰. 🛒 INGREDIENTS: For the dough: Eggs – 3 Salt – 1 pinch Sugar – 180 g Vanilla sugar – 0.5 tsp Butter (melted) – 60 g Vegetable oil – 60 ml Sour milk – 2 tbsp Flour – 240 g Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp Baking powder – 1 tsp Sour milk – 1 tbsp For the glaze: Chocolate – 80 g Optional: 20–30 ml cream or 10–20 g butter Optional: 1 tsp sugar or honey 👩‍🍳 PREPARATION: 1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla for 3–5 minutes until light and fluffy. 2. Stir in the melted butter and vegetable oil. 3. Mix 1 tbsp of sour milk with baking powder, let it foam, stir into the dough. 4. Stir in the flour and cocoa in portions, then add the remaining sour milk. 5. Grease the pan, pour in the batter and bake at 170–180 °C for 35–45 minutes. 6. Melt chocolate over hot water, add cream/butter, stir until creamy. 7.
