without making the puff pastry quick French vol au vent with a delicious filling in few minutes ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Ingredients: -200g prawns 20g of butter 1 Tsp Garlic A Pinch of salt A Pinch Black pepper egg Cheddar Origan Puff pastry Sauce bechamel ingredients 35g of butter 35g of Flour 500ml of Milk A Pinch of salt A Pinch Black pepper Preparation: Step 1: Sauce béchamel prepartion: In a frying pan, melt 35g of butter Add 35g of Flour Cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat, continuing to stir. Add 500ml of Milk keep stirring until the mixture thickens Add a Pinch of salt and Black pepper Cook for 5 minutes Step 2: cut 200g prawns into small pieces In a frying pan, melt 20g of butter Add 1 Tsp Garlic Sauté the garlic in the butter for 3 minutes (medium-low heat) Add Peeled prawns Add a Pinch of salt and Black pepper Sauté prawn for 5 minutes Step 3: Roll out the puff pastry Brush half of the dough with an egg yolk or a whole egg Cut out the dough with a 6cmX6cm cookie cutter, inside with a 4cmX4cm cookie cutter, to obtain an extruded square.
