I jump on a high-speed train that feels like it’s from the future… surrounded by thousands of people moving across China like it’s nothing… while I’m just standing there thinking, how is this even real? Next thing I know — I’m in Nanning. New city. Different vibe. Different faces. And food that immediately hits you with flavors you don’t expect.
