It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (serves 2-3) ・3 eggplants ・2 green peppers ・1/2 green onion ・5g ginger ・150g minced pork ・150ml water / 1 tablespoon ・30g miso ・1.5 tablespoons sugar ・1 teaspoon soy sauce ・1 tablespoon sake ・1/2 teaspoon doubanjiang ・1 teaspoon potato starch ・Salad oil A suitable amount ■How to make 1. Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. 2. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces, and finely chop the green onion and ginger. 3. Wipe off the moisture from the eggplant and coat it with salad oil. 4. Mix miso, sugar, soy sauce, sake, and 150ml of water. 5. Mix potato starch and 1 tablespoon of water. 6. Place the eggplant skin-side down in a frying pan and remove when cooked. 7. Add the minced meat and ginger and stir-fry, and when half cooked, add the doubanjiang and stir-fry. 8. Add the green onion and bell pepper and stir-fry, and when cooked, add the eggplant and stir-fry. 9.
