It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (serves 2-3) ・2 potatoes (300g) ・70g carrots ・1/2 onion ・80g shirataki noodles ・4 green beans ・150g pork slices ・4 tablespoons sake ・3 tablespoons soy sauce ・2 tablespoons mirin ・1.5 tablespoons sugar ・1/2 teaspoon dashi stock ・250ml water ・Salad oil Appropriate amount ■How to make 1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and soak them in water for 10 minutes. 2. Peel the carrots and cut them into irregular pieces, cut the onions into wedges, remove the strings from the green beans, and cut the shirataki noodles and pork to the appropriate width. 3. Drain the potatoes, add oil to a frying pan, add the potatoes, carrots, and onions, and fry for about 5 minutes. 4. Add water, sake, mirin, sugar, pork, and shirataki noodles, and when it boils, cover with a drop lid and simmer over low-medium heat for 3 minutes. 5. Skim off the scum, add the dashi stock and soy sauce, cover with a drop lid, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. 6. Add the water, sake, mirin, sugar, pork and Bring shirataki noodles to a boil, then cover with a lid and simmer over low-medium heat for 3 minutes. 5. Skim off the scum, add the dashi stock and soy sauce, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. 6.
