Swan on the Ladder Barrel

Hi fam! I’m excited to present the swan on the Ladder Barrel, as well as a few samples on the Caddie, Reformer and Mat. When practicing the swan it is important to engage the glutes and abdominals to support the back and stabilize the lumbar spine.
