Graduated with honors from Tokyo University of the Arts High School, Leipzig University of Music, and the University of the Arts Berlin Graduate School. Certified German State Performer. Full-time instructor at the German National Music School, soloist at the Menuhin Foundation, contract member of the Theater Nordhausen, and guest conductor with numerous symphony orchestras both in Japan and abroad, including the Tokyo Kosei World Orchestra and the Gewandhaus Orchestra, with a total of over 3,000 concert appearances. He is also music director of the Hokkaido Tokachi Shimizu Wind Orchestra. He also provides guest conducting, school instruction, and private lessons. Wind band teaching experience: Taught at over 40 junior and senior high schools across the country. Provides online lessons in remote locations, and composes and arranges for guest conducting and ensemble contests.
