A breakdown in the middle of nowhere, repeated bomb clearances and traditional and reclusive mountain tribes - this is what awaits Dennis and Patrick on their motorcycle tour through Southeast Asia. For three months, the Weinert brothers travel along the mighty Mekong River and meet the people who live there. Their route takes them through Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos - on tributaries and dirt roads they discover the moving history of the region. In the process, they not only get to know the beauty and traditions of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, but are also repeatedly confronted with the region's sometimes dark history.
