TACO Pandemic Philosophy, “You See Danger, We See Opportunity!" (Mexican Food in THAILAND)

A real treat to hang out with two SUPER positive young people today in Chiang Mai, and welcome to all of you joining us for not just one but two unexpected bits of happiness today! The first, just for fun, was the challenge to eat 7 tacos (which turned out to be not 7, but 10 things on their menu actually), and the second, a huge dose of positivity exhibited in the boldness and creativity of both Pear and Art. Already interested in food preparation, this couple also enjoy the challenge of foreign recipe creation (adaptation? fusion?) while using all-local, all-Thai ingredients. Mexican and Thai work together so wonderfully well, that when you taste these beautiful taco creations (ESPECIALLY the red and the green curry tacos, I am still impressed a week later!!), you too may find yourself smiling in surprise at how well the ingredients go together.
