Mark Wiens Is THE Only Person I Can CHEERS Such an EPIC Meal of Thai Food ("Goy" Raw Beef in Esaan)

NOW the video with the MOST views on my channel so far, hanging out with Mark in Esaan, this was actually part 1 to the "Chili Challenge with Mark Wiens" video! (See link below) This is the first day of Mark's "Legendary Esaan Meat Meals" tour (End of 2020), we recorded this day awhile ago and finally, I have come around to editing what we had for breakfast of that day - so THIS is Part 1 :) I assume you have all seen Part 2, which is what we had an hour later, and I hope that this beautiful and INSANELY meaty breakfast gives you some appreciation of how my title is delivered with complete honesty. "Mark Wiens really IS the only person with whom I can cheers SUCH an EPIC meal of Thai Food..." and continue on to cheers again with a massively spicy Esaan lunch less than an hour later... and that situation has seemed to happen quite a few times! I had a lot of fun editing this video and honestly it brings back just some really happy and fun memories. I had not seen Mark in several months before filming this video, and we were both more than a little excited to go searching out some properly local and ever-so-tasty Esaan meat recipes, things so dear to the heart of Esaan food. In this meal, you see nearly 10 different recipes of classic Esaan meat dishes, including but not limited to, RAW Beef 'Goy,' which is a specialty item at Prasit Pochana Restaurant in Khon Kaen. Also included in our meal are "Sai Krawk" Sausage, "Jaew Hon" Beef Hot Pot, "Neu-ah Daed Deow" Esaan Sun Dried Jerky, the famous (infamous) "Goy Seau" Dripping Beef Salad, a delicious "Pla Moo" Sour Salad with Pork, and 4 or 5 different variations of Beef Laap (including the HOUSE SPECIAL - "Gep Gnee-ab" or 'Keep Quiet,' which is a cut of meat near the tail of the cow, great for yet another version of 'Laap,' sort of the parent recipe, and definitely Esaan's most well-loved of all meat dishes.
