Fujian Cuisine (闽菜) - CHINA FOOD TOUR

During my recent trip to Fujian Province I visited Fuzhou and Xiamen cities. It really is a beautiful area of China. While down there, of course I had to try some of the local specialties. Fujian Cuisine is one of the Eight Major Chinese Cuisines (中国八大菜系). Fujian Cuisine is also known as 'Min Cuisine', or 闽菜.
