China's Night Markets Have a BIG PROBLEM! (Too Much Food in Fuzhou)

I went to Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province, for one night to find some of the most unique Fujian cuisine I could get my hands on! Even though I only had one night, lucky for me Fuzhou is one of China's many gourmet cities. So, I hit the first night market I could find and I was not disappointed. There was so much on offer, the main problem was it was too hard to choose what to buy. Don't worry though, I managed to find some amazing dishes that I've never seen outside of Fuzhou, including one that almost blew my head off (figuratively, not literally).
