Right from the entrance, there were a few things that needed immediate attention, and as always, those first impressions matter. From there, we spent some time in the live kitchen, where Chef Guru walked us through the dough stretching process and discussed the small details that go into making a consistently good pizza. I then headed upstairs to our Smash Guys outlet for a quick review of the setup. We also had a short discussion around the upcoming GAIL gas installation at the property. The second half of the visit was spent with the team, discussing the operational challenges the outlet had been facing and the changes needed to improve the overall customer experience. Every outlet has room to improve, and these conversations are an important part of making sure we’re moving in the right direction.
