Building A Restaurant Brand Is Mostly This!

In this Mega Monday, we started the day at the office with our weekly marketing meeting, where the team reviews everything happening across our brands as well as my personal brand. We also had an important call related to our company, POPO Ventures regarding something big we’ve been working on for a while. From there, we headed to Whitefield to check on the progress of our upcoming Smash Guys outlet at Miraya Rose. We walked through the site, reviewed the ongoing work with the team, discussed timelines, and looked at a few important details, including the fresh air ducting system that will be installed as part of the project. The next stop was Yemalur, where we’re working on something special. For the first time, The Pizza Bakery, Paris Panini, and Smash Guys will all be opening together, side by side, in the same location. We walked through the site, discussed the overall layout, outdoor seating plans, construction progress, and a few challenges that come with bringing all three brands together at the same time. We then headed back to the central kitchen to spend some time with Chef Adithya and our team. The day ended with a brisket trial, discussions around the buns, and conversations on what could be improved, what was working well, and the small refinements that go into building products before they reach customers. A fairly packed day covering everything from marketing and expansion to construction and product development.
