10 Minute Gymstick, Full Body, Beginner Workout. Follow Along. Carl Morris HIIT

Jump straight into this 10 minute beginner Gymstick workout. This workout is designed to work the full body and hit most of the muscles in your body while raising your heart rate and burning as many calories as possible. You get out what you put in, so if you're looking for a cardio-based workout, then keep the tension light and go for speed and reps, whereas if you're looking for a strength workout, then ramp up the tension in the Gymstick bands and slow the movements down. Complete this workout on its own or if you'd like to challenge yourself a bit more, you can add it to another workout from my playlists below.
