Gymstick Full Body 20 Minutes Workout. Carl Morris HIIT

This Gymstick full body workout is great to get used to the Gymstick. By using the Gymstick you can quickly alter the tension of the bands to change how hard the exercise is. The best way to work is to find the right tension that works you hard, and then during each exercise, you can make it slightly easier for yourself. By doing this, your muscles will constantly be under fire and burning. Then you can move onto the next exercise and make it harder for yourself again. This workout will leave your muscles burning while making you feel amazing after it's finished. By doing a full body workout with the Gymstick, it makes you use all your muscles collectively, meaning you burn more calories and tone your muscles at the same time. We've got 8 exercises in this workout, with 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, we'll be completing this for 3 sets in total. Have a break and drink water whenever you need, and then jump back into the workout when you're ready. Perfect for beginners and intermediates.
