Salah satu roti manis yang menggunakan kentang dengan topping kastard yang lembut dan gebu, tanpa menggunakan mixer. Roti kentang kastard ini lembut pada suhu ruang sehingga 3 hari, kalau rajin bolehlah bakar sebentar roti ini sebelum dihidangkan. Tutup dengan aluminum foil ketika dihangatkan supaya permukaan roti tidak kering. Sedap dinikmati bersama secawan kopi atau teh untuk minum petang. Selamat mencuba! Jumlah Roti : 35 biji DOH : 1 biji kentang saiz sederhana (172 gram tanpa kulit) - rebus sehingga lembut & lecek | 3/4 cawan kentang lecek Anggaran 220 ml susu segar/ susu penuh krim (suam kuku) | 2/3 cawan & 1/4 cawan 8 gm yis kering segera | 3 sudu teh 82 gm gula pasir | 1/3 cawan & 1 sudu besar 1 biji telur gred A 375 gm tepung roti | 3 cawan 125 gm tepung gandum | 1 cawan 4 gm garam | 1 sudu teh 75 gm mentega bergaram/ marjerin | 5 sudu besar KASTARD : (kastard cukup untuk 2 kali ganda doh roti) 32 gm tepung kastard | 4 sudu besar 36 gm gula pasir | 3 sudu besar Secubit garam 160 ml susu | 2/3 cawan 125 ml air | 1/2 cawan 1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla SUHU MEMBAKAR : 190℃, 20-30 minit, api atas bawah. Panaskan ketuhar 10-15 minit. ============================================================================ [ENGLISH] Soft and fluffy sweet bread made with potato and topped with sweet custard, made without a mixer. The bread can stays soft up to 3 days at room temperature. You can reheat the bread, covered with aluminum foil to avoid surface from drying.
