Gâteau tison - Gâteau à la farine de maïs facile à réaliser - Cuisine réunionnaise

Ti son cake, you know it? It is a corn flour cake, an emblematic dessert of Reunionese cuisine and it is very easy to make. It's the same principle as for a pound cake. You can do it plain, with a few drops of anisette or a little rum. Some add raisins soaked in rum and others add papaya jam. Ingredients 280 g egg 280g softened butter 280 gr corn flour (ti son) 280 g caster sugar 1 packet of baking powder 1 sachet of vanilla sugar 2 cl rum (or anisette)
