When Everything Says "Stay at Home"... I Went Fishing Anyway

Flat calm seas, scorching temperatures and tiny tides... on paper, this looked like one of the toughest sessions of the summer. Despite not feeling optimistic, I packed the gear and headed down to Brook Beach on the Isle of Wight to see if persistence could beat the conditions. Fishing isn't always about action-packed sessions, and this trip proved exactly that. It was a slow day, but with a bit of patience I managed to avoid the dreaded blank. I also chat about my recent phone theft in London and why I might need everyone to watch this video a hundred times! 😂 Have you ever headed out knowing the odds were against you?
