I decided to do this completely virtually from the comfort of my living room. Technology has now progressed sufficiently that I believe we can teach ultrasound remotely - in resource limited settings where instructors may not be able to be present for hands-on instruction, broadband/internet access willing. We live in an age where we no longer need a flipped classroom but can teach entire virtual classrooms.
